• Bike and Walk to work day

  7.00am - 8.30am
  
  This will be the Upper Valley's 8th bike and walk to work day. Its great, free breakfast and prizes, all for just staying out of your car for a bit. Check out more info here http://www.bike2work-day.com/ Omer and Bob's will be at the Lebanon Green location to be available to work on any bikes that need some help to finish the ride. There will be techs at other locations as well as you can see on the above website.
• Group Road Ride

  8.00am - 9.30am
  
  This is a great chance to get out with some friends and ride on fun roads with minimal traffic, and you still have the rest of the day to do the other things you need to do. All fitness levels welcome, we split up into groups as needed. We are aiming for a hour and a half but that will vary some by our route and pace.
• Group Mountain Bike Ride
  Tue, May 22nd
  5.15pm - 7.15pm
  
  Over the course of the Spring/summer/fall we will go all over the Upper Valley in search of sweet trails (most of which you can find on our trails page). This ride is not about heart rate moniters, (though some of us do use them), it's about getting our bikes out with a posse of friends and ripping it up on the trails. On occosion we will break into groups if we have enough people who want to go different speeds, but most often we stick together in our continuing search for the best downhill in the area. We send out an email every Monday with info on where we are riding from so let us know if you would like to be on that list.
• Free Bike Repair Clinic
  Thu, May 24th
  6.00pm - 7.00pm
  
  This is a free hands on bike repair clinic. It will cover flat repair and regular bike maintainence techniques. It is limited to the first 8 people so please sign up (email or call) ahead.

• Road bike group ride starts 3/17
  Our Saturday AM ride leaves from Omer and Bob's at 8am. It is a "no drop" ride so all fitness levels are welcome. We will break into groups as needed, and aim to ride for about a hour and a half. There will be some climbing for sure but we'll be taking it easy at first.
