With New Bike Purchases

We think the bicycles that we sell are great, and that's why we back each new bike purchased from Omer & Bob's with One Year of Free Service. Here's what it includes:

• gears & brakes adjusted as needed
• free labor on flat repairs
• wheel truing & spoke tightening
• periodic bolt tightening (to manufacturer-recommended torques)
• bearing adjustment and troubleshooting: headsets, bottom brackets, hubs
• free installation of bike parts and bike accessories

Note: The free service does not cover cost of parts, just the labor to install them. Other exlcusions include: labor to repair wheels damaged by side impacts or trail hazards, labor to repair damage resulting from abuse or neglect, tubular tire gluing, drivetrain cleaning, major fork overhauls and replacement of bolts damaged by improper tools or procedures.

We extend this free service one full year from the date of purchase. Enjoy your bike!
